A lot of things happen on Twitter. And, recently, one of those things was :RiotGirlErin: posting a funny series of tweets pairing the iconic Golden Girls with their Muppet doppelgangers.
Using their outfits and expressions to inspire the choices, we get to see Blanche, Dorothy, Rose, and Sophia matched up with the likes of Cookie Monster, Miss Piggy, Elmo, and other classic Jim Henson Muppets. Even Sam the Eagle makes an appearance! (And, yet, still hasn’t replied to our birthday invite. Hmm.)
