Mira Park’s Pop Culture Cosplays Have Us Reconsidering Our Halloween Costume

Most people use Instagram to post pictures of their most photogenic breakfasts and to thirst over their most photogenic friends. Others get a bit more creative, and use the social network as a way to share their creativity. Whether that’s in the form of pop culture memes, gorgeous travel photography, or, like Mira Park, impressive pop culture cosplay.

Most of our Halloween costumes are simply cobbled together the night before from whatever is hiding in the back of the closet. But, cosplayers, well, they work anywhere between days and months on a project, which is why their costumes look so perfect when you see them.

Over the years, we’ve been beyond impressed by Instagram’s cosplayers, so we thought we’d shine a spotlight on some of them to inspire your Halloween costume for this year.

Meet Mira Park!

Mira’s Insta-fame took off when she shared this photo of herself as Goofy Goober guitar Wizard SpongeBob.

She now has more than 163,000 Instagram followers. And the 20-year-old’s creations range from the classic video game characters like Lara Croft and Pokemon’s Magikarp to a Minecraft crafting table.
